2. Non-Returnable Items (Custom Orders)
  • All custom-cut glass orders are made to your unique measurements and specifications. As a result, these products are typically non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.
  • We encourage you to double-check measurements, shapes, and edge details before finalizing your order to ensure accuracy.
3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your custom glass product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

  • We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue.
  • Once verified, we will replace or repair the damaged or defective product at no additional cost to you.
4. Order Cancellations
  • For standard items in stock, cancellations are accepted before the order ships.
  • For custom-cut glass items, cancellations may only be accepted if production has not yet begun. If production has started, we cannot issue a cancellation or refund, as materials have already been cut to your specifications.
5. Shipping & Handling
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we are at fault.
  • If a return or replacement is authorized, we will provide instructions on how to safely package and ship the glass item back, if needed.
